Chocolate Drop Cookies

¼ c. margarine
¾ c. sugar
1 egg
2 squares unsweetened chocolate (1 oz. each)
¾ c. sifted flour
½ t. baking soda
½ t. salt
½ c. milk
1 t. vanilla

400 degree oven
8-10 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet. Don’t overbake and be sure to cover tightly. Can check with toothpick (should come out clean).
Makes about 3 dozen

Powdered Sugar Frosting
In small saucepan or microwavable bowl:
Melt 4 Tbls. butter or margarine
Add 1 tsp. vanilla (preferably clear)
Add 4 Tbls. milk
Add about 3 cups powdered sugar (add a little at a time until the right consistency)
