Secret Hershey Cake

1 stick butter
1c. sugar
4 eggs
1 can Hershey Syrup
1t. vanilla

1c. flour
1t. baking powder
pinch salt

FROSTING – combine and mix thoroughly
1/3c. butter (do not melt!)
1-1/2c. sifted powdered sugar
1T. cocoa
1T. strong coffee

Cream together butter and sugar. Drop in eggs, one at a time, beating all the time. Incorporate Hershey’s syrup and vanilla. Sift together remaining ingredients and beat into mixture. Bake 30-mins at 350-degrees in 9″x13″ pan. Frost after cake has completely cooled. We stored ours in the fridge because we thought it tasted best chilled.
